In this pivotal role, you’ll lead and empower a team of Energy Executives, ensuring they have the guidance, support, and motivation needed to consistently meet performance targets and contribute to the delivery of our wider operational strategy. Acting as a key point of escalation and oversight, you’ll help maintain high standards, drive continuous improvement, and ensure our processes support exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll play a central role in monitoring performance, managing workloads, and resolving barriers that impact delivery. You’ll also support strategic initiatives by contributing to business change projects, system development, and external meetings, representing the needs of your team and department. What skills/experience do I need to be successful?

  • Intricate working knowledge of Smartest Energy products and operational processes;

  • Track record of team leadership or showing leadership potential through performance in a team role;

  • Track record in developing and managing strong cross-business relationships;

  • Experience of successfully dealing with or managing change;

  • Able to manage additional projects/responsibilities outside of the normal job scope as and when required.
